摘要:原桃胶是由桃树上分泌出来的浅红色黄色粘稠液体,经进一步干燥,粉碎为固体颗粒状,是一种浅红色黄色透明的固体天然树胶。
桃胶主要由多糖组成,包括半乳糖、鼠李糖、alpha;-葡萄糖醛酸,还有碳水化合物、脂肪和蛋白质等物质组成,具有清热止渴,缓解压力,养颜抗衰老,润肠道等功效。
桃胶在古代是一味中药,用于治疗石淋,血淋,痢疾。
如今桃胶因具有保养颜功效,与燕窝类似,为嫩肤养颜保健之佳品同时它也因此广泛应用于食品、医药、化妆品等行业,工业上将原桃胶作为粘合剂、增稠剂、稳定剂、乳化剂等。
本文就关于桃胶的加工处理及现代应用进行概括总结,以便为后续实验做好铺垫。

Nowadays, peach gum has the effect of maintaining skin, similar to birds nest, and is a good product for skin tendering and health care. 早在古代,《本草纲目》就有原桃胶的割胶与炮制记载,桃茂盛时,以刀割树皮,久则胶溢出,采收,以桑灰汤浸过曝干用[1]。
明姚可成《食物本草》中记载桃胶。
它具有味苦、平、无毒的特点,炼服,能保中不饿、和血益气、下石淋、止痛[2]。
桃胶还作为药材使用治疗一些病症,如(宋《太平圣惠方》止痛散中记录:桃胶半两,松脂、黄柏各半两。
