炎-癌转化的研究进展
[摘 要] 炎-癌转化是慢性非可控性炎症向癌症发展转化的动态过程，肿瘤的发生发展与炎症有密切联系。中医药调控、干预炎-癌转化一直受到研究人员的重视。本文结合炎-癌转化的相关理论研究，以肝脏炎-癌转化为典型疾病模型，对中药调控肝脏炎-癌转化的研究进行了综述。

Research Progress on Inflammation-Cancer Transformation
[Abstract] 'Inflammation-cancer transformation' is a dynamic process in which chronic uncontrolled inflammation is transformed into cancer. The occurrence and development of tumors are closely related to inflammation. Researchers have always attached importance to the use of traditional Chinese medicine to regulate the 'inflammation-cancer transformation'. Combined with the relevant theoretical research on 'inflammation-cancer transformation', this paper reviews the study of the regulation of 'inflammation -cancer transformation' of liver by traditional Chinese medicine.

炎-癌转化是慢性非可控性炎症向癌症发展、转化的一个动态过程。慢性炎症是细胞癌变的驱动因子，长期刺激可加快炎-癌转化的进程，有效地调控、干预炎-癌转化有助于癌症的防治。中医药为干预肝癌癌前病变化学预防剂筛选提供了天然的宝库。本文结合中西方医学对炎-癌转化的认识，阐述了炎症与肿瘤的相关性，并以肝脏炎-癌转化 为典型疾病模型，对中药调控肝脏炎-癌转化的实验及临床研究进行了综述。
