[摘 要]目的：了解具有免疫功能调节药物的研究进展。方法：通过查阅文献，概括化学合成免疫调节剂、中药免疫调节剂的发展状况，并以蚕蛹复合氨基酸、大豆肽两大成分为例论述了保健食品的免疫调节机制。讨论：免疫调节的保健食品具有很大的开发潜力，值得进一步深入研究。

[Abstract]Objective: To understand the research progress of immunoregulatory drugs.Methods: Through the literature, summarized chemical synthetic immune regulatorand the development of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) immune regulator, as a case study of silkworm chrysalis compound amino acid, soybean peptide discusses the immune regulation mechanism of health food.Discussion: Immunoregulatory health food has great potential for development and deserves further study.
