摘要：丹红注射液由丹参和红花两味中药组成，主要功效为活血化瘀、通脉舒络，临床广泛用于治疗冠心病、心绞痛、心肌梗塞、脑血栓等疾病。
丹红注射液是中药注射剂大品种，具有良好的临床安全性和有效性。
药物转运体是一类存在于细胞膜上的蛋白质或多肽，其功能为将药物或内源性物质摄取或外排出细胞，其影响着药物在体内的吸收、分布及排泄过程，在药动学中扮演着重要角色，决定着药物的有效性及安全性。
近年来随着分子生物学技术的发展应用，人们发现在肾脏、肝及肠道等器官中分布着许多药物转运体，并对它们在药物排泄过程中所发挥的作用有了一些明确的认识。
本研究拟通过观察丹红注射液中的酚酸类成分对肾脏转运体（这里主要研究OATs）调控作用的影响。

Its main functions are promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. It is widely used in clinical treatment of coronary heart disease, angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, cerebral thrombosis and other diseases. Danhong injection is a large variety of traditional Chinese medicine injection. Drug transporters are a class of proteins or peptides that exist on the cell membrane. Their function is to ingest or excrete drugs or endogenous substances from the cells, which affects the absorption of drugs in the body. Distribution and excretion play an important role in pharmacokinetics and determine the efficacy and safety of drugs. It was found that there are many drug transporters in the kidneys, liver and intestines. 丹红注射液主要含有七种主要酚酸类成分(丹参素钠、原儿茶醛、迷迭香酸、丹酚酸B、丹酚酸A、咖啡酸、紫草酸)[1] ，主要功效为活血化瘀，通脉舒络。
用于瘀血闭阻所致的胸痹及中风，症见：胸痛，胸闷，心悸，口眼歪斜，言语蹇涩，肢体麻木，活动不利等症；冠心病、心绞痛、心肌梗塞，瘀血型肺心病，缺血性脑病、脑血栓等心脑血管系统疾病,近年来在内分泌、呼吸、消化等其他系统疾病中作为辅助治疗药物,疗效显著[2]。
通过一系列实验研究，我们发现丹红注射液有以下药理作用：一，心血管保护作用。
