黄葵四物方调控尿毒素分子PCS肠道内合成的作用研究摘要:肠源型尿毒素是由蛋白结合尿毒素的前体在肠道内由肠道微生物代谢生成,在体内大量堆积会加速慢性肾脏疾病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)的进程。

硫酸对甲酚(P-cresol sulphate,PCS)是蛋白结合型肠源尿毒素。

减少PCS肠道内合成、阻断其作用通路,以延缓CKD进展成为了国内外研究的热点,但目前仍缺乏安全有效的干预方式。

本研究通过黄葵四物方调控尿毒素分子PCS肠道内合成的作用研究,探索清除PCS以延缓CKD进展的临床治疗新策略。

It will accelerate the progression of chronic kidney disease (CKD). P-cresol sulphate (PCS) is a protein binding type of enteric urinary toxin. Reducing PCS in the gut and blocking its action pathway to delay CKD has become a hot topic both at home and abroad. However, there is still a lack of safe and effective intervention. This research studies the effect of Huangkui prescciption in regulating and controlling urotoxin PCSs synthesis in Intestine and tries to explore new clinical treatment strategies to clear PCS.Finallywe can find ways to delay the development of CKD.Keywords:huangkui prescription;PC;PCS;CKD慢性肾病已成为影响中国国民健康的主要疾病, 有效防治CKD关系到中国社会、经济的发展以及和谐社会的构建。

CKD不断进展将引发终末期肾脏疾病(End Stage Renal Disease, ESRD),从而导致高致残率、高死亡率和高额医疗费用;防治CKD,减少ESRD,将会成为我国重要的公共卫生问题之一。
