聚丙烯,聚酯,氨纶在玉米秸秆发酵中的应用 摘要:目的以玉米秸秆为原料,通过添加有机高分子材料聚丙烯,聚酯,氨纶使厌氧微生物附着其上形成生物膜, 提高沼气的发酵速率,并采用酸碱滴定法,气相色谱法与未添加有机高分子材料的实验项做对比,以此研究有机高分子材料在玉米秸秆发酵中对于产气率的影响。

实验结果:三种有机高分子材料均对玉米秸秆发酵有影响。

其中聚丙烯,聚酯对玉米秸秆发酵有促进作用,而添加了氨纶的反应器在总产气量上反而比空白样本减少了。

单位秸秆TS的产气率为150.63m3/吨。

从日产气量来看,普遍在15到20天达到产气高峰。

甲烷体积分数随时间的推移逐渐升高,稳定在50%左右,相差不大。

通过聚丙烯纤维和聚酯纤维发酵前后的性质分析表明添加聚丙烯纤维提高玉米秸秆产气量的原因有两点:一是厌氧发酵过程中聚丙烯发生了部分水解,溶液为碱性,缓解了玉米秸秆的酸化,加速秸秆的降解,从而提高秸秆产沼气的能力;二是聚丙烯和聚酯纤维材料发酵后表面粗糙度变大,比表面积增大,有利于微生物的富集,提高了微生物的活性。

关键词:沼气聚丙烯聚酯氨纶玉米秸秆 ABSTRACT:The ram material is corn stalk in our experiment. In order to improve the biogas fermentation rate, we add organic macromolecule material polypropylene, polyester, spandex to raise the utilization ratio by promote anaerobic microorganisms formation of biofilms. Then change with other part in the experiment. This research of organic polymer materials in the corn straw stalk fermentation effect on the rate of producing gas. The experimental results show that three kinds of organic polymer materials all have influence on corn stalk fermentation. The polypropylene, polyester could accelerate corn stalk fermentation.And added spandex reactor on the total volume decreased than the blank sample.Unit of straw TS gas rate is 150.63 m3 / ton. From the point of each nissan volume, common reach gas-generating peak in 15 to 20 days.Methane volume fraction increases with time gradually, steady at around 50%, do not have some difference. The properties of polypropylene fiber and polyester fiber before and after fermentation analysis indicates that adding polypropylene fiber to improve maize straw gas production for two reasons: Firstly Anaerobic fermentation process of polypropylene produced partial hydrolysis, solution to alkaline, alleviate the acidification of the maize straw, accelerate the degradation of straw, so as to improve the ability of straw biogas production. Secondly Polypropylene and polyester fiber surface roughness after fermentation, specific surface area increased, conducive to the enrichment of microorganism, improved the activity of microorganism.Key words: Biogas;polypropylene;polyester;spandex;corn stalk玉米秸秆是我国主要的农业废弃物之一,年产量高而利用率低,造成了资源浪费。

沼气发酵作为废物资源化利用的一种有效途径目前已被广泛采用,以减轻环境污染,同时解决部分能源短缺问题。
