目的：破伤风治疗主要有三大类为，抗毒素的治疗、抗感染的治疗、抗痉挛的治疗。而治疗药物主要有TIG和TAT两种。先就通过比较两者两者的药理作用、优劣性等筛选出更适合的药物。
研究内容：第一，TIG的药理作用，试敏实验，不良反应。第二，TAT的药理作用，过敏实验，不良反应。
